Reinforced leaf springs, front and rear — two extra leaves per axle.

The story
This Dutch-built Mercedes-Benz 407D camper rolled into Zagora with the rear axle sagging under its long-term overland build. Fully kitted out for family life on the road, the original leaf springs simply couldn't keep the ride height anymore.
We reinforced both axles with an extra leaf on each side — two at the front, two at the rear. The van now sits noticeably higher, giving back the ground clearance needed for Morocco's rougher pistes and desert tracks.
Simple, mechanical, built to last. The classic upgrade every heavy overland camper heading south of the Atlas eventually needs.
